Pollycarpus Budihari Priyanto (born January 25, 1961 in Surakarta) is a former Garuda Indonesia airline pilot. He poisoned human rights activist Munir Said Thalib with arsenic on September 7, 2004. On August 8, 2005, he went on trial for the murder.

In December 2005, Priyanto was found guilty and sentenced to fourteen years' imprisonment. In October 2006, his charge was annulled by the Supreme Court, citing insufficient evidence.

He was released on December 26, 2006, after receiving a month reduction on his sentence - less than the time remaining to serve - as part of a holiday amnesty.
