Polina Alekseyevna Leykina (Russian: Полина Алексеевна Лейкина; born 20 September 1994) is a Russian professional tennis player.
Leykina has a career high WTA singles ranking of 189 achieved on 4 April 2016. She also has a career high WTA doubles ranking of 230 achieved on 28 December 2015. Leykina has won 8 ITF singles titles and 13 ITF doubles titles in her career.
Leykina made her WTA main draw debut at the 2016 Grand Prix SAR La Princesse Lalla Meryem in the doubles event partnering Yulia Putintseva.
