Plutki [ˈplutki] is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Dywity, within Olsztyn County, Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship, in northern Poland. It lies approximately 10 kilometres (6 mi) north of Dywity and 17 km (11 mi) north of the regional capital Olsztyn.
