Pleasant Hill Baptist Church is a Southern Baptist Church in Mount Vernon, Illinois, founded in 1851. Originally called Lime Stone Baptist Church, the church has switched sites since the founding. It holds historical value as being one of the oldest Baptist churches in Southern Illinois.

The original site is now a home. The new site's original building has been modified three times, and two new wings have been added. It now consists of a worship center (original), educational wing, and Family Life Center (which holds a gymnasium). They also own a cemetery (and surrounding wood), pastoral home (with two acre yard and surrounding wood), two acres of woods across Illinois Highway 37 (donated), and shares in an oil well (donated).

The church is associated with Salem South Baptist Association (SSBA), Illinois Baptist State Association (IBSA), and Southern Baptist Convention (SBC). Representatives are selected annually.

The church holds a Sunday School and traditional worship on Sunday mornings, studies and contemporary worship on Sunday nights, studies on Wednesday, and many other activities throughout the week.
