Content

The song recounts the narrator's teenage years, becoming a rebel with his friend, John Roy. One day, Roy decides to take a trip to Mexico with the narrator, but their plan backfires when they are caught with American money over the border and are imprisoned. After being released, the narrator claims " we're still best friends."
