Plan 15 is a three piece pop punk music band from the Washington, DC area that was formed in August 2000. All the band members are songwriters, and their music covers an eclectic range of styles that reflects their own personal tastes. Combining their 1970s punk rock roots and mid 1990s style pop-punk, their music has also touched on ska, rockabilly, street-punk, surf, and other styles.

In 2002, the band signed with Blankmind Records out of Martinsburg, West Virginia and the label released their long-awaited second album, "Continuing the Commercialism'", followed by "Live on WEBR" (2003), and "We Play Punk Rock Like Bon Jovi Plays Heavy Metal" and "Punk Rock for Dummies" (2004).

Along with their first three albums, the band has been playing extensively throughout the Mid-Atlantic States and East Coast, and toured as their schedule has allowed. They've played with quite a few number of renowned bands including: Daycare Swindlers, Blatant Finger, Bionic Man, Throwback, the Candy Snatchers, The Slurs and No-Cash.

In 2005, the band expects great things with their 4th full-length release, "Karaoke Superbowl", scheduled for the winter of the same year. They expect to follow that release with a regional touring schedule through the United States. Blankmind Records is also planning a 2005 short run CD-R project with 4 exclusive, unreleased, tracks especially for Plan 15 fans at a discounted price.
