Pitambar Tarai

Pitambar Tarai(Born : 1959) is an Odisha Sahitya Academy awarded poet from Odisha . He was born in a fisherman family of Mangarajpur village under Kujang block of Jagatsinghpur district . Life's sorrows and happiness have found a place in his poems . He has been writing about the dalits, oppressed and displaced class of the society through his poems .
