Petrus Wilhelmi de Grudencz or Piotr of Grudziądz (ca. 1400 – ca. 1480) was a medieval composer from Graudenz (Grudziądz), the author of songs and motets. His music represents the culture of Central Europe from the Middle Ages. He worked and studied in Krakow, Vienna, Bohemia and Silesia.

Less than twenty of his works have survived, including Panis, panis pange patribus tantum and Kyrie fons bonifitatis.
