  • Arkansas Midland Railroad (along with affiliates Prescott and Northwestern Railroad and Warren and Saline River Railroad, both of which are operated by Arkansas Midland)
  • On December 5, 2014, Genessee & Wyoming filed a Notice of Exemption with the Surface Transportation Board to acquire these railroads from Pinsly.
