Hong Kong local elections, 1994

Ping Shek is one of the 37 constituencies of the Kwun Tong District Council. The seat elects one member of the council every four years. It was first created in Hong Kong district board elections, 1994 deprived from the Ping Shek & Kai Yip (constituency). The seat was notably held by legislator Chan Kam-lam between 1999 and 2007 and Bernard Chan Pak-li of the DAB from 2007 onward before Chan resigned. The constituency boundary is loosely based on the Ping Shek Estate with estimated population of 13,160.

Chan Chun-kit, son of Chan Kam-lam defeated League of Social Democrats legislator Leung Kwok-hung in the by-election on 26 May 2013.
