Pilar Shimizu (born 27 May 1996 in Tamuning, Guam) is a Guamanian breaststroke swimmer. At the 2012 Summer Olympics, aged 16, she became the youngest Olympian from Guam. She ranked 42nd in the 100 m breaststroke event and did not advance to the semifinals. While qualifying for the Olympics she broke the 20-year-old national record set by Tammie Kaae, another Olympian from Guam.
