Pilão Cão (Cape Verdean Creole: Pilon Kon) is a settlement in the eastern part of the island of Maio in Cape Verde. Its 2010 population was 102. It is located 14 km northeast of the island capital Vila do Maio.. Only nearly a kilometer apart is the settlement of Alcatraz. The settlement was only connected with trails or tracks before the 1980s, it would be connected with a dirt road and would become connected with pavement in the late 2000s.

Its football (soccer) club is Santa Clara, the club first registered into the Maio Football Association in 2016 and will participate in the Maio Regional Second Division for the 2015/16 season.
