Pierre Blanchy was a French politician, who served as acting Minister of State for Monaco three times. This was between 1944 and 1963. He served under the monarchy of both Rainier III and Louis II. During his career he never served under one single party. Every time he was independent or was chosen as acting minister. He was succeeded by Jean Reymond for the final time in 1963 after dedicated service of nearly 20 years.
