Picadillo is a Cuban-American fusion band formed in Madrid, Spain in 2010 by Hector Aguero Lauten. The band currently consist of lead singer and multi-instrumentist Sol Ruiz, lead singer and guitarist Rey Rodriguez, trompetist and percusionist Jose Luis Gonzalez and Director Hector Aguero Lauten. The band's name was inspired by a Latin American dish mixed with flavourful ingredients that represents the distinctive sound of their music.
