Pia Maiocco (born February 25, 1962) is an American former bass guitarist and backing vocalist for the all-female hard rock band Vixen.
She is married to the guitarist Steve Vai, whom she met while they were both attending the Berklee College of Music. She is featured on his album "Flex-Able." Together, they are parents to two children named Fire and Julian Angel.
She can be seen in the 1984 comedy film 'Hardbodies'.
