Phthorimaea perfidiosa is a moth in the Gelechiidae family. It was described by Meyrick in 1917. It is found in Colombia and on the Galapagos Islands.

The wingspan is about 10 mm. The forewings are grey-whitish sprinkled with grey and dark fuscous, more strongly irrorated along the costa and with the plical stigma rather large and blackish. The hindwings are bluish-grey with a strong ochreous-yellowish expansible hairpencil from the base lying along the costa to beyond the middle.
