Phrixocrita is a genus of moth in the family Gelechiidae. It contains the species Phrixocrita aegidopis, which is found in Taiwan.

The wingspan is about 23 mm. The forewings are brown, closely and irregularly strewn short transverse dark brown strigulae. The hindwings are pale glossy greyish-ochreous, the greyer scale-tips forming a fine transverse striolation.

The larvae have been recorded feeding on Hibiscus rosa-sinensis.
