Phong Thuỷ is a commune (xã) in the Lệ Thủy District, Quảng Bình Province, North Central Coast region of Vietnam. This commune is located by Kiến Giang River. The commune contains villages: Thuong Phong, Dai Phong. The commune border the district capital Kiên Giang. Economy bases on agriculture.
