Located just a 40 minute drive from Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport, PhoenixMart will be North America’s most complete global product marketplace – offering millions of products and thousands of showroom suites in a modern merchandise mart setting. Slated to open in early 2018, PhoenixMart will feature a business to business (B2B) buying and selling experience for finished goods and products, raw materials and supplies from throughout the world.
Buyers at PhoenixMart will have direct access to leading international and domestic manufacturers, distributors and suppliers – and sellers will be able to promote and sell their products to purchasers and businesses from every corner of the globe
The multifunctional facility is designed with over 1.5 million square feet and will include over 1,850 showrooms, a convention and exhibit hall to host events, meetings, trade industry functions and product fairs.
The product showrooms will contain millions of product offerings through eight different product verticals:
Home & Hospitality: From materials to products, PhoenixMart tenants will offer customers the widest range of selection for home and hospitality markets that is both price competitive and innovative. Products are targeted to include lighting, appliances, building materials, bath, home furnishings, bed and linens, kitchen and home improvements, interior design/décor and cleaning/laundry supplies.
Industrial & Auto: From industrial to auto parts, this section will offer buyers a complete selection of high quality supplies from categories including: tools, hardware, accessories, performance parts such as rims and tires, car audio, molding machines, repair centers, brakes and auto glass.
Electronics & Leisure: PhoenixMart tenants will offer a vast array of products such as computers, mobile phones, movies and online games, tablets, audio &visual home entertainment systems, digital cameras, technology, and security systems for homes and businesses as well as exercise equipment, musical instruments, sporting goods and much, much more.
Construction & Building: A full range of everything related to building and construction will be carried by a myriad of vendors at PhoenixMart including hardware and power tools, interior and exterior finishings and accessories, and all facets of building materials and equipment.
