Philippe Lefebvre (born February 2, 1991) is a Canadian ice hockey left wing who played for the Hamilton Bulldogs and Rockford Icehogs of the AHL. He is currently studying at the University of Quebec at Trois-Rivieres.

Lefebvre was invited to the Montreal Canadiens training camp in 2009. Three days later he was signed as a free agent to a three-year contract by the Canadiens. On July 5, 2013, he was traded to the Florida Panthers with a 7th round pick in exchange for George Parros.

On November 14, 2013, he was traded to the Chicago Blackhawks along with Kris Versteeg in exchange for Jimmy Hayes and Dylan Olsen.

At the expiration of his entry-level contract, Lefebvre was not tendered a new contract by the Blackhawks and opted to pause his professional career and focus on studies at the University of Quebec at Trois-Rivieres. He will be eligible to play for their hockey team in the 2015–16 season.
