Philipp Lichtenberg (9 September 1908 in Koblenz – 14 December 1993 in Kiel) was a German naval officer and chief engineer on a U-boat and recipient of the Knight's Cross of the Iron Cross in World War II. The Knight's Cross of the Iron Cross was awarded to recognise extreme battlefield bravery or successful military leadership.
