Philip Richardson is a New Zealand Anglican bishop. Since 2008, he has been the Bishop of Taranaki; one of two co-equal diocesan bishops of the Diocese of Waikato and Taranaki. Since 2013, he has also been the Archbishop of New Zealand; this makes him one of the three Co-Primates of the Anglican Church of Aotearoa, New Zealand and Polynesia. From 1999 until 2008, he was the suffragan Bishop in Taranaki under the diocesan Bishop of Waikato in the then-Diocese of Waikato.
