The Philip Duke Three-Decker is a historic triple decker house at 7 Maxwell Street in Worcester, Massachusetts. Built c. 1888, the house is an early representative of the triple-decker development in the Vernon Hill area in southern Worcester, an area then populated mainly by workers in the local steel industry. It had well-preserved Italianate features, included bracketed eaves and porch, one of the reasons for its listings on the National Register of Historic Places in 1990, but these have been lost or obscured by subsequent exterior residing (see photo).
