Philenora undulosa is a moth in the Arctiidae family. It was described by Walker in 1857. It is found in Australia (New South Wales, Victoria and Tasmania).

The wingspan is about 25 mm. Adults are off-white with dark brown markings, including several jagged lines across the forewings. The hindwings are pale yellow.
