Peyghan Chayi Rural District (Persian: دهستان پيغان چايي) is a rural district (dehestan) in the Central District of Kaleybar County, East Azerbaijan Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 5,981, in 1,308 families. The rural district has 43 villages.
