Peter M. Weinstein (born February 3, 1947) was an American politician in the state of Florida.
Weinstein was born in New York and came to Florida in 1977. He is an attorney, having attended the Brooklyn School of Law and New York University. He served in the Florida State Senate from 1983 to 1996, as a member of the Democratic Party.
