Peter Bowsher

Peter Charles Bowsher QC (born 9 February 1935) is a British arbitrator and adjudicator who served as a Judge of the Technology and Construction Court of the High Court of Justice from 1998 to 2003.

He was educated at Ardingly College and Oriel College, Oxford (MA). He was called to the bar at Middle Temple in 1959, and became a Queen's Counsel in 1978.

He is a member of Brooks's and the Royal Automobile Club.
