Pentila cloetensi is a butterfly in the Lycaenidae family. It is found in Cameroon, Gabon, the Republic of the Congo, Equatorial Guinea, the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Uganda and Tanzania. The habitat consists of forests.

Adults are on wing in November and December.
