    The principal photography of the film begun on September 30, 2013 in Rio de Janeiro. On February 9, 2014, The Hollywood Reporter told that the film based on the legendary Brazilian soccer player Pele will not be ready to release at the time of 2014 FIFA World Cup, because the film is currently in post-production and doing some reshoots. The film will have the Original music score from two-time Academy Award winner A R Rahman.
