Pegomya geniculata is a dipteran fly in the Anthomyiidae family. It has been recorded in the United States (North Carolina), Ireland, and Switzerland. The insect is fungivorous, and uses the fruit bodies of several mushroom species to breed, such as Verpa bohemica.
