Pedro Ticas is a sociologist, anthropologist, and political scientist.
He was Investigator of the University of Pittsburgh in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, USA. He also served as teacher of the Universidad Autonoma de Mexico consultant to the United Nations. He has written books published in Mexico and El Salvador and more than 145 articles and texts published by universities, academic magazines, and newspapers of Mexico.
Pedro Ticas is the director of investigations in the Universidad Pedagogica of El Salvador, teacher, writer, and consultant. His latest book is "Preface of an anthropology of the Salvadoran education".
