Pectinivalva libera is a moth of the Nepticulidae family. It is found along the south-eastern coast of New South Wales.

The wingspan is about 5 mm (0.20 in) for males.

The host plant is unknown, but probably a Myrtaceae species. They probably mine the leaves of their host plant.
