The Pecan Bowl was a December college football bowl game in Texas, first played in 1964 at Shotwell Stadium in Abilene. After four years, it moved to Arlington for the last three editions. One of four regional playoff bowls of the NCAA College Division football plan (today's Division II), it was not classified as a major bowl. The other three regional finals were the Tangerine (later Boardwalk), Grantland Rice, and Camellia bowls.

The inaugural game in 1964 was between the State College of Iowa (now the University of Northern Iowa) and Lamar Tech (now Lamar University), won by the Panthers, 19–17. Two schools made three appearances, North Dakota State and Arkansas State, and both won twice and lost once. They met in 1968, won by top-ranked NDSU. Arkansas State won the next two years, the bowl's last.

The Pecan Bowl was succeeded by the Pioneer Bowl in Wichita Falls in 1971.
