Pearson Education Center is part of the Redford Union School District in Detroit, Michigan in the United States. Located within the building is the Alternative Education Program, Early Childhood Programs, the Food Services offices, and Interfaith Relief.
The Alternative Education Program services students in middle school and high school in need of a smaller environment and help with behavioral problems. Students are referred to the program by administration from Redford Union High School and Hilbert Middle School. Pearson Education Center was recognized by the State of Michigan Department of Education in 2009 for making AYP(Adequate Yearly Progress) two years in a row.
