Payoom kongor is a boma under Kongor Payam in Twic East County in Jonglei state of South Sudan. It is located between Pageer and Payombak on the way to Wernyol City a payam headquarters of Lith Payam. Payoom is a rich agricultural land suitable for sorghum and millet. It is mainly grassland and therefore a lot of wild games roam the area during the dry splet.
