Payena longipedicellata is a tree in the Sapotaceae family. It grows up to 30 metres (100 ft) tall with a trunk diameter of up to 60 centimetres (20 in). The bark is black. Inflorescences bear up to three flowers. The fruits are ovoid, up to 3 cm (1 in) long. The specific epithet longipedicellata is from the Latin meaning "long pedicel", referring to the flower. Habitat is lowland mixed dipterocarp forests. P. longipedicellata is found in Peninsular Malaysia and Borneo.
