Pavel Nikolayevich Gusev (Russian: Павел Николаевич Гусев; born April 4, 1949, Moscow) is a Soviet and Russian journalist and public figure. Editor in Chief (1983) and owner of the newspaper Moskovskij Komsomolets. Chairman of the Moscow Union of Journalists (1991). Member of the Civic Chamber of the Russian Federation.
A member of the Presidential Council on Civil Society and Human Rights. Chairman of the Public Council under the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation (with April 24, 2013).
