Paul Koring (born September 14, 1954 in Montreal) a Canadian journalist and foreign correspondent for The Globe and Mail. He is currently posted to the Washington Bureau as the paper's foreign affairs and international security correspondent. He graduated from the University of Toronto Schools.

In 2008, Koring and Graeme Smith, another Globe and Mail correspondent won the 2007 Michener Award for a series of articles detailing the torture and abuse of Afghan detainees captured by Canadian Forces in Afghanistan and transferred to Afghan security forces. The stories forced the Canadian government to repeatedly change and enhance its detainee transfer policy.
