Paul Killeen (born 24 June 1994) is an Irish hurler who currently plays as a full-back for the Galway senior team.

Born in Tynagh, County Galway, Killeen first played competitive hurling in his youth. He was a key member and later captain of the Portumna Community School senior team. At club level he plays with Tynagh-Abbey-Duniry.

Killeen made his debut on the inter-county scene at the age of fifteen when he first linked up with the Galway minor team. An All-Ireland medallist in this grade, he later joined the under-21 side. Killeen made his senior championship debut during the 2014 championship.

On 28 May 2017, Killeen suffered a cruciate ligament injury against Dublin in the quarter-final of the Leinster Championship and missed the remainder of the 2017 All-Ireland Senior Hurling Championship season.
