Paul Guest (born 8 March 1939) is an Australian rower who competed at three Olympic Games.
At the 1960 Rome Olympics, he competed in the Men's Coxed Pairs, where he came fourth in both his heat and repêchage heat. At the 1964 Tokyo Olympics, he competed in the Men's Coxed Eights, where the Australian team came second in the B final. At the 1968 Mexico City Olympics, he competed in the Men's Coxless Pairs, where he won the B final.
In 1962 he was a member of the Men's Eight that won the gold medal at the 1962 British Empire and Commonwealth Games in Perth, Western Australia.
In March 2015 Guest broke the World Record for the 75-79 year age category at the World Indoor Rowing Championships in Boston, USA.
Outside of rowing, Guest was a Family Court of Australia judge between 1998 and 2008.
