Paul Collins Appiah Ofori is a Ghanaian politician and the immediate past Member of Parliament for the Asikuma-Odoben-Brakwa constituency in the Central Region of Ghana. He was first elected to represent the constituency in 1996 and retained his seat in the 2000, 2004 and Ghanaian parliamentary election, 2008 elections. He is a member of the New Patriotic Party.
