Paul Cahill was an Irish soccer player during the 1960s and 1970s.

As a central defender, he played for Bohemians amongst others during his career in the League of Ireland. He was part of the very first Bohemian side to include professional players against Dundalk on 16 March 1969.

Paul captained Bohs in 1966/67 during his time at Dalymount Park, five years after his brother Mick did so. They joined a prestigious list of brothers such as the Hoopers, O'Kanes and Kerrs who captained The Gypsies. Paul received five amateur international caps and captained Ireland on two occasions. Paul was the last Bohemian's player to captain the Irish amateur international team against England in Dalymount Park in March 1969. Bohemians became a professional club thereafter.
