Paul Bradford (born 1978, Glasgow) is a Scottish cake designer, tutor, author and founder of Paul Bradford Sugarcraft School. Paul has made cakes for Queen Elizabeth II, Prince Charles and Prince Albert of Monaco as well as an extensive number of A-list celebrities.

Career

Paul was inspired by his grandmother who was an avid baker and from an early age knew that he wanted to be a cake designer. He graduated from Telford College with an HNC in Baking in 1998 then served his apprenticeship at Oliphant’s Bakery, Linlithgow before starting his own cake decorating business in 2002.

In 2008 Paul started to teach cake decorating and has now taught throughout the world, but saw the opportunity to digitally deliver his teaching and so started Paul Bradford Sugarcraft School, online cake decorating school in 2011.
