Pattom is a part of the Thiruvananthapuram city of Kerala. It is located approximately 4 kilometres north of centre of Thiruvananthapuram. Pattom is largely a residential area, houses few important administration offices of Keral State besides few shopping complexes. Trivandrum International Airport at Shanghumugham (7 km) and Thiruvananthapuram Central Railway Station (4 km), NH 47 to North Kerala as well as Road to Kowdiar Palace.
