Patrick Mächler a.k.a. "Valio" (? in Basel – 26 April 1983) is a Swiss politician and member of the Pirate Party Switzerland (PPS). Besides Samir Allioui from the Netherlands he was co-president of Pirate Parties International (PPI) from July 2009 to February 2010, the umbrella organization of the international Pirate Party movement. Both followed Andrew Norton as coordinator of the PPI in July 2009 who then resigned, where Mächler proposed to institute an intermediate board instead of a single person. In March 2010 Jerry Weyer from Luxembourg followed Mächler. In March 2011 Mächler was elected as treasurer of PPI.

Mächler holds a BSc degree in Computer Science and studies at the University of Basel. When the PPS was founded in 2009, he was a candidate for the party's group coordinator position, but succumbed to Michael Friedrich.
