Major General Patricia A. "Trish" Rose is a Major General of the United States Air Force. She was nominated to the rank on December 7, 2012, and was officially promoted to the position on May 31, 2013 in a ceremony led by her direct supervisor, General Janet C. Wolfenbarger, the first female four-star general in the United States Air Force. She is assigned as Mobilization Assistant to the Commander, Air Force Materiel Command, Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio.

Major General Patrica A. Rose is currently the highest ranking openly gay sevicemember serving in the US Military. She was the guest speaker for Hanscom Air Force Base's Inaugural Pride Special Observance Month Luncheon in Massachusetts on 25 June 2014.

Her spouse is retired Navy Lt. Julie Roth, with whom she was married in their resident state of Washington in 2013.
