Patrick Adrian Cattanach Kennedy (12 May 1904 – 13 July 1972) was an Australian rules footballer who played with Carlton and Hawthorn in the Victorian Football League (VFL).

Kennedy played VFL football while completing medical studies at the University of Melbourne and subsequently worked as a doctor in Yarrawonga for almost forty years. In 1932 he married Mary Lucy Keenan and they had four children. Pat Kennedy died in 1972.
