Pat Astley (born in Blackpool, England) is a British actress best known for appearing in blue films and British sex comedies throughout the 1970s and 1980s, such as Come Play with Me (1977), The Playbirds (1978), Rosie Dixon - Night Nurse (1978), Let's Get Laid (1978), You're Driving Me Crazy (1978) and Queen of the Blues (1979). She also appeared in a regular, albeit uncredited, role as Mr Grace's nurse in the comedy television series Are You Being Served? in 1976 and 1977, and in the film versions of the Jackie Collins books The Stud (1978) and The World Is Full of Married Men (1979). In 1984 she had a starring role in the horror film Don't Open Till Christmas.
