Career
Parvathi started her career as a radio programme producer. For years she did a show in radio where celebrities are interviewed. She made her debut in the film industry with Out of Syllabus, which was directed by Vishwanathan. After doing an ad film, she was approached by Lijo Jose Pellissery for his next movie Double Barrel. She was offered a full-length character named Lady Tarkov. The character is that of a Russian mobster and she was paired opposite Sherrin Varghese. As a part of getting into the role, she had to chop her hair and had to sport a mohawk hairstyle. She later played a cameo in the Mohanlal movie Loham and later was in the Salim Ahmed movie Pathemari where she played the role of the sister of protagonist which was done by Mammootty.
Apart from a cinema actress, Parvathi was also noted for her dubbing works. She voiced for Sanusha in the movie Ushnam Ushnena Shanthi Krishna and for the film Koothara and How Old Are You.
