Parkdale, Colorado is an Unincorporated community located along U.S. Highway 50 and is home to whitewater rafting and the Parkdale Recreation Area in the Arkansas Headwaters Recreation Area. It is about one mile west from the junction of U.S Highway 50 and State Highway 9 and about 2 miles west from the Royal Gorge Bridge turnoff.
